- In a small saucepan, bring to the boil
2 cups blueberries,
4 teaspoons garlic, minced,
1/4 cup red wine vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger,
1/4 teaspoon onion powder,
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt,
2 tablespoons coconut sugar and then reduce to a simmer for 25 minutes. - Chill in the fridge and serve!
