Poppy cooks...
- Place
2 tablespoons ghee,
500g red onion, sliced,
2 tablespoons honey,
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar,
1/4 teaspoon Celtic sea salt into the Thermomix bowl and cook 10 mins/Varoma/reverse/speed soft. - Scrape down sides of bowl and cook a further 10 mins/Varoma/reverse/speed soft with measuring cup removed.
- Store in sterilised jars in the fridge.
