Poppy cooks...
- At 2cm intervals, cut
baguette almost all the way through. - Mix together
125g unsalted butter, softened,
2 teaspoons garlic, minced,
1/2 teaspoon Celtic sea salt and
2 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped. - Spread garlic butter thickly between slices in baguette and over the top and sides then wrap in foil.
- Bake in 200C oven for 16 minutes.
