Ingredients
2 cups jasmine riceonion, cut into wedges500g stir fry beef3 garlic cloves, minced2 tablespoons manuka honey2 tablespoons gluten free soy sauce2 tablespoons tamari saucered capsicum, slicedtray of baby corn, chopped
- Marinade beef in garlic, honey, soy sauce and tamari sauce for a minimum of 10 minutes
- Cook rice
- Saute onion in a wok or large frying pan on medium to high heat
- Add beef, capsicum and corn and toss until cooked
- Serve with rice
